STORY / GAMEPLAY
The game was released on the Amstrad CPC including its latest advanced models, the CPC+ and GX4000 console. It was also ported to the Commodore Amiga, Atari ST and PC (DOS version). It's mostly a typical pinball game having twelve colorful pinball tables in total. But each one has several letters on screen, usually in more than one place. Running the ball over each letter opens the exit (found at the very top of the table) and you can only progress to the next level (table) by passing the ball to that exit. This is not an easy task, trust me! The game is difficult enough, as the table is a bit small which makes the ball too fast when hitting on nearby obstacles, returning to your pads like a rocket!...
GRAPHICS / SOUND
Technically the game is fine, having more colorful and better scrolling, much of an improvement compared to the CPC. The CPC+ and GX4000 uses more colors while the ball animation feels smoother (hardware sprites support). Check out also the introductory screen with the nice animated color shading on the advanced 8bit model! As far as the sound, the game here features a nice introductory theme (only on the Plus and GX models) and a few typical pinball-style sound FX during gameplay (some small tunes are also available when loosing the game or advancing to the next level).
